Thanks as always, folks...was hoping to get some good '71 suggestions, since it's a year i'm not much familiar with...will try all these, and hope you all have a fine holiday weekend of remembrance as well as relaxation.

one of the best 71 Dark Stars is actually a Dark Star jam sans lyrics, 12-05-1971, do check it out, it really is good...04-28-1971 is part of the Ladies and Gentlemen box set, so it might not be here, but it has the elements you were asking for, very "classic" sound in that they stick with the trademark licks/ jam
